First of all, make sure that you are running the latest version of the program. (You can click on About on the main menu and compare it with the latest release as indicated on our main page)
We have been updating the program on a regular basis, and have recently fixed a lot of issues. If not, you can just download it again and re-install it.
Support is currently only available by email. You can email us at email@example.com for any questions or issues.
Please give us as much detail as possible when reporting a problem. (Version of the program, Windows version, any error messages, etc.)

Q: - When I click on reply or Launch email program, it launches a different email program than the one I use.
A: This means that your default email program is not set up properly. Right click on the Internet Explorer Icon on the desktop and choose properties (or click on Start->settings->Control Panel->Internet). Select the Programs tab, and change the default e-mail program. This should correct that problem.
Q: - Spam Manager does not display Asian language or Unicode characters properly
A: - We are working on this issue and should have it corrected in a future release.
